Return or Refunds?
If there are quality issues with the product or if it is damaged during shipping, please contact us at cosplaysparks@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the item to discuss the process for a refund, return, or exchange.
Once production has begun after placing the order, we do not accept refund requests.
If the return is caused by the customer failing to clear customs on time, we are unable to offer a refund.
For returns due to failure to sign for the package in time, the customer will be required to pay the shipping fee again for resending the item. We recommend customers ensure timely clearance and signing to avoid such situations.
